Contents |
Basic principles of psychological (personality) tests are discussed, including scoring, norming and case studies around the various Multicultural Personality Tests (MPT) of NOA, which are based on the Big 6 (Big 5 + 1). In addition, the updated MP-B6 personality test is discussed in detail. Attention is also paid to other personality test variants of NOA, such as the shortened version and versions aimed at work, study. |

Background and explanation of components On the road!, scores and standardization, practicing interpretation reports, discussing case histories and tips for debriefing. In this training, only the content of Op weg! explained. No implementation or process questions are addressed. |

Test users of existing NOA online customers who have been able to and interpret. For more than three participants from one organization or if you are a new customer, we advise you to contact the account manager for a (possible) tailor-made organization training. |
