Diversity Competencies Training
The NOA Diversity Competencies Training gives you tools to deal effectively with people who have a different background than yourself in a variety of professional situations. These can be different cultural backgrounds, but also, for example, differences in socio-economic background, age or orientation. You will learn to recognize when it is important that you consciously adjust your own behavior to achieve better results and how you can sustainably strengthen your competencies in this area.
After the training, the participants will have insight into:
- The backgrounds and basic principles of diversity competencies;
- The own strengths and development points within diversity competencies.
After the training, the participants have gained skills with:
- Recognizing situations in which diversity plays a role;
- Applying diversity competencies.

Practical information
Target group: intakers, SLBs, mentors, selection officers, teachers and other employees in education, HR, business or in municipalities.
Number of participants: maximum 8 participants in an in-company training group
Duration of basic training: at least 1 half-day, to be expanded and combined with other training sessions up to a maximum of 2 days; During an intake moment, the content and length are coordinated.
