The NOA Selection and Diversity Training gives you the tools to objectively assess candidates in selection interviews with a focus on diversity. Reliable selection tools, stereotyping, interview techniques and awareness of your own frame of reference are covered in this NOA training. The training enables you to let the individual competencies of a candidate be the deciding factor in selections, so that talent is used!
Contents
After the training, the participants will have insight into:
- Their own attitude towards candidates from diverse backgrounds;
- Cultural differences that can play a role in a job interview.
After the training, the participants have gained skills with:
- Asking behavioural questions in a job interview;
- Assessing a candidate on the basis of competencies.
