Chair VU University Amsterdam
The NOA Foundation finances the chair 'Work and Personnel Psychology in particular aimed at people with a migration background' at the Social & Organizational Psychology section of the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam.   This chair is currently held by Prof. Dr. Marise Born. Marise also works as a professor at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.

Promotions
In addition, NOA pays a lot of attention to scientific research and funds PhD research. On 11 May 2023, Dan Asfar received his PhD for research into the predictive value of the assessment for refugees developed by NOA.

As of September 1, 2023, Nathan Kaye has started as a new PhD student.

Finally, NOA offers its developed tests to the COTAN** for assessment. Its director, Remko van den Berg, is also a member of this committee.
