NOA develops online psychological tests and assessments for organizations in education, Human Resources and reintegration. The organization originated from the Vrije Universiteit and its mission is to develop objective and honest psychological tests for people from different backgrounds. Attention is paid to differences in culture, language, age and gender.

NOA was founded in 1996 from the Department of Work and Organizational Psychology of the Vrije Universiteit. NOA has been developing tests and assessments that meet high scientific requirements for more than 25 years.
