We were already working with NOA selection assessments when recruiting and supervising our students, but we wanted a very specific tool for the people who work with this special group of clients. That is why, together with NOA, we made a selection of the ten competencies that we consider important within this field of work," says Jacqueline van der Maas, HRM advisor at Ipse de Bruggen. "These clients have a cognitively low level and they often show aggressive behavior. We therefore offer them guidance 24 hours a day and you have to be able to do that.
