It helps professionals to gain insight into the starting position of candidates, the distance to the labour market, possible obstacles, development opportunities and appropriate next steps towards work, training or participation.
On the road! has been developed for municipalities, work development companies and reintegration organizations. It can be used for new applicants, people in the current database, benefit recipients, status holders and other candidates who need support with participation or employment integration.
On the road! supports professionals in determining which guidance, training, support or intervention is most appropriate. This allows programs to better match the possibilities and needs of the candidate.
Yes. In addition to the regular version, there is a special version for integration. It has been developed for status holders and non-native speakers and takes into account the specific challenges regarding language, education, work experience and participation.
The regular version is available in Dutch and English. The integration version is also available in several languages, including Arabic, Farsi, Tigrinya, Turkish, Ukrainian and Russian.
After completion, the professional receives a clear report with information about opportunities, points of attention, development opportunities and possible next steps. The report supports conversations and helps to choose appropriate guidance, training or job placement.
Yes. One of the goals of On the road! is to give an objective indication of the distance to the labour market and the factors that influence participation or outflow to work.

Yes and no. There is a standard version, but the instrument can be set up flexibly and can be adapted to different target groups, research questions and municipal processes. Additional modules can also be used when desired.
