Purpose

The MP-B6 gives a picture of someone's personal characteristics and the associated strengths and pitfalls. The report describes the possible benefits and risks for each subscale with certain scores. The scale names and results are formulated neutrally.

This personality test from NOA maps traits on the basis of six dimensions with underlying scales. It is an extension of the well-known Big Five model. Target group

The MP-B6 is suitable for men and women from about 15 years of age. The test is intended for people with and without a migration background. This has been taken into account in the development. Culturally sensitive items and expressions have been avoided. The language is concrete, neutral and simple. The language level also makes the test accessible to people with less language skills. Calculations have been made at a minimum NT2 level (NIVOR). A representative standard is available, weighted for gender, age, education level and ethnic background.

Information

The MP-B6 is only available online in the NOA Talent Portal. This system also allows you to generate expert reports. These reports explain the measurement objectives of the scales and show the scores in words and in a graph.

Depending on your experience with similar tests, NOA requires training . In this training you will learn to apply and interpret the MPT-BS. This ensures good and careful test use and feedback.
