Labour development companies originated from sheltered employment (SW). Various names are now used, such as human development company, work development company, social development company or work training company.
What they have in common is that they are usually linked to one or more municipalities and that they help people who need support in getting and keeping a place in the labor market. For example, clients fall under the Participation Act, have an SW employment contract or are clients of the UWV.
The NOA tests and questionnaires have been used successfully by labor development companies for years. For our tests, a low language level is not a problem (A2-B1) and a lot of research has been done into the applicability of our tests in various (cultural) groups.
Our ability tests, language test and personality tests are widely used. We have created simplified versions for various tests. For example, for our personality test (MPT-BS Basic) and our shortened personality test (MCT-BS-QS-B), but also the Competency Test has a basic version (CT-B) and a shortened version (CT-Quickscan). Furthermore, a non-linguistic visual interest test is also available (AWIT-R).
Finally, we also have questionnaires that measure more psychological aspects such as Anxiety and depression and Traumatization (PTSD). See for this: On the road!
