Vision development

The Vision Development competency says something about the ability to distance yourself from daily practice and whether you are focused on long-term goals. An example of a question that belongs to this competence is: "When solving problems, I take into account long-term effects".

Development tips

• When creating study assignments, keep several theories in mind. Try to think about how these theories influence each other and include this in your assignment.
• Think about which study assignments are still coming up and how you want to tackle them.
• Think about which (specialisation) direction you would like to go in your studies and after graduation.
• Talk to fellow students about the future and their future plans. Perhaps there are good ideas for you.
• Encourage fellow students and others around you to think about the future.
• Keep track of developments in the field of your study and discuss them with fellow students.
