Stimulate and motivate

The Stimulate and Motivate competency indicates whether you enthuse, encourage and set a good example for others. An example of a question that belongs to this competence is: "My approach makes others enthusiastic".

Development tips

• Express appreciation when fellow students have good ideas or have achieved good results.
• Celebrate good grades and other successes with your study group.
• Enthuse others to bring in new ideas and proposals.
• Commit to a good atmosphere in the study group.
• Give someone else the most interesting part of the study assignment or involve them in it. Also involve those who are less prominent.
• Look at fellow students who know how to stimulate/motivate others and take from them what suits you.
• Show interest in your fellow students in terms of their studies and on a personal level.
