Quality orientation

The Quality Orientation competency says something about your focus on delivering good quality by checking and improving the quality of your work. An example of a question that belongs to this competence is: "I make sure that the quality of what I deliver is good, even if it takes more time".

Development tips

• Discuss with fellow students what requirements the study assignment must meet in any case.
• Carefully check whether your paper meets the assignment.
• Think about what you can do better for the next study assignment.
• Come to study groups with suggestions to do assignments even better and get a higher grade. Encourage fellow students to do their part of the assignment as well as possible, even if you have to continue studying in the evening.
• Correct mistakes on your own. Ask fellow students and lecturers if they can point out mistakes to you.
• If you notice that someone in the study group has made a mistake, point it out to him/her.
• Ask fellow students what they think of the quality of your paper.
