Organizational sensitivity

The Organisational Sensitivity competency indicates whether you take into account the (informal) structure and goals of the organisation and know your own influence on them. In addition, it indicates whether you actively think along with the organization. An example of a question is: "In my work, I take into account the interests and goals of the organization".
