Collaboration

The Collaboration competency indicates the extent to which you contribute to joint results at the level of a team or group, even if this is not directly of personal interest. An example question of this competence is: "I actively participate in groups".

Development tips

  • Listen to proposals or ideas from your fellow students and think along.
  • Help students in your study group and other study groups.
  • Share knowledge and information with fellow students.
  • Ask the opinion of fellow students. Together, choose an approach that the others are also satisfied with.
  • Think about who you think the collaboration is going well with. Find out for yourself why the collaboration is going well.
  • Ask others how they think the collaboration is going.
  • Discuss any problems in the study group's collaboration. Respect the opinion of others. Discuss how the collaboration can be improved.
  • Ask for help from fellow students when needed.
