The Accuracy competency measures whether you work with care and attention. An example of a question that belongs to this competency is: "Before I deliver my work, I check that I have not made any mistakes".

Development tips

• Make a list of everything you need to do for a study assignment and work through it one by one.
• Focus on one task at a time and finish this task before starting a new one.
• Keep track of your calendar and schedules.
• Clean things up so you can always find them quickly.
• Check your own work for errors. Plan time for this.
• Force yourself to keep checking routine tasks as well.
• Always use the tools available to you to work accurately, such as the spell checker on your computer.
• Agree with fellow students that they will check your work.
