The NOA Training Courses Test Use for the Reintegration and Integration domains promote your expertise in taking, interpreting and communicating NOA test results. You will develop the basic skills needed for test taking, test interpretation and conducting professional conversations based on the test results. The backgrounds and application possibilities of NOA tests in the domains of Reintegration and Integration are also discussed. This way you learn to use the tests optimally.
Depending on experience and background, users of NOA test instruments may require participation in the NOA Training Courses for Test Use.
What does the training yield?
After the training, the participants will have insight into:
- Basics of psychological testing;
- Scoring & standardization of tests;
- Background of the tests used;
- Which guidelines you should adhere to when using tests.
After the training, the participants have gained skills in:
- Interpreting the results of the tests used;
- Establish links between the results of the different tests;
- Conducting a feedback interview based on the test results.
