NOA offers scientifically proven assessments and psychological tests for secondary vocational education (MBO). These assist with intake, reorientation, preventing dropouts, and student guidance. Equal opportunities for every student are central to this approach.
Startmeter and Study Progress Meter
The Startmeter maps out the student at the start of the program, allowing for better coordination of guidance and teaching, and allowing for individual needs to be taken into account.
The Study Progress Meter monitors the progress and well-being of students throughout the program, helping to prevent dropouts and identify problems early on.
Individual Tests and Questionnaires
We also offer various individual tests and questionnaires to determine a student's achievable and most suitable educational level. They also provide insight into interests, motivation, personality, and competencies, helping to gain a broader picture of the student. These insights can be incorporated into the guidance provided and help to better tailor the program to the student's needs.
Benefits for students and lecturers
Our assessment reports help students reflect on their strengths and weaknesses and improve their (study) skills. These tools provide lecturers and supervisors with insight into which students need additional support and who, based on their abilities, would benefit from additional challenges. We also offer lecturers practical tips and advice to effectively structure their support and conversations. This allows them to focus more quickly on what truly matters and manage their time more effectively.
Benefits for management and organization
The data we collect with our tools provides valuable input for student analytics. They not only contribute to improving academic success but also support refining recruitment strategies, tailoring programs to meet demand, and identifying subgroups of students to better tailor interventions.
We actively advise on this, provide targeted management reports, and share relevant data with educational institutions.
Customization and support
With the flexible NOA Talent Portal, we can customize processes and integrate educational organizations' own questionnaires and assessments. Our clients receive professional support through our support department and the psychological advice line.
