The purpose of the personality test is to form a clear picture of a candidate's personal characteristics. This is done on the basis of six broad personality dimensions with 18 underlying personality aspects.
These personality traits form the basis of competencies and determine the extent to which competencies can be developed. The report therefore indicates the extent to which a person's personality supports the development of a competence that is important for the work. Tips for the development of the competence are also given.
