The Leadership assessment measures whether someone is suitable for a leadership role, what development points there are and which style suits someone best, based on personality and competencies. The Leadership assessment has two versions and can be used for development as well as for talent screening or selection.
- The Leadership Development Assessment is intended for people who are already a leader and want to further develop their competencies.
- The Leadership Potential Assessment is intended to be used for people who do not yet have leadership tasks, but are interested in management and leadership. This test has an additional Leadership Potential Index, this index gives an indication of the potential someone has to become a successful leader.
The Leadership assessment examines different leadership competencies than the Leadership potential assessment.
In the report of the Leadership assessment, the scores on six leadership styles are first discussed: the Charismatic, Coaching, Structuring, Integrity, Autocratic and Passive leadership style. This is followed by a description of the extent to which the employee is task- or relationship-oriented. Then the scores on the leadership competencies are discussed and development tips are given.
