The career assessment is intended to encourage employees to think about their development and career. The results help employees to orient themselves on their career opportunities. This concerns questions such as:
- Do I want to take a step in my career?
- Who am I? How do I behave in different situations?
- What do I want? What motivates me in my work? What work activities do I have an interest in?
- What can I do? What are my skills and competences? What do I want to develop further?
The Career Assessment gives employees insight into their personal qualities and development points and the report forms a good basis for a development/PDP interview or career path.
In order to be able to orient themselves properly, a profession matrix with links to vacancies and training courses is also offered. Based on the candidate's preferred work sectors and activities, a nine-cell matrix is displayed with a description of various example occupations and links to current job openings. Links can also be used to find out which courses train for the profession. Finally, links to general training in this profession are shown for each combination of work sector and activity.
With the career assessment, candidates can immediately orient themselves on alternative career options and take concrete next steps.
