NOA has been ISO certified since September 2020 (by TÜV Nederland).
NOA has obtained two certificates:

- ISO 9001 Quality Management
With these certificates, NOA demonstrates that it meets the highest standards in the field of information security and the quality of its organization and management

ISO 27001
ISO 27001 is a globally recognized standard in the field of information security. This international standard applies to all types of organizations (e.g., commercial enterprises, government agencies, non-profit organizations). The standard specifies requirements for establishing, implementing, executing, monitoring, assessing, maintaining and improving a documented Information Security Management System (ISMS) in the context of the general business risks to the organization. ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 is published by the International Standardization Organization (ISO), created through a collaboration between organizations worldwide and seasoned through application in countless companies.
With the ISO 27001 certification, we show that we meet all information security requirements. As of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe, the rules around data protection have been tightened. With the certification, we show that our information security management system fully complies with this and is and remains in good order!
ISO 9001
ISO 9001 is a household name in almost every sector: it is an internationally recognised standard in the field of quality management. In the Netherlands, the standard is published by NEN with the full title NEN-EN-ISO 9001. ISO 9001 is a benchmark for transparency and reliability. Quality management is reflected in all parts of the process in our organization. Our quality management ensures that our products and services meet the needs, requirements, wishes and specifications of our customers, as well as other stakeholders. Consider, for example, legislation. With ISO 9001 quality management, we guarantee the continuous improvement of quality so that we can increasingly meet the needs of our customers.
