Below is an overview of the latest test developments within NOA 

• The Study Drive Questionnaire is now also available as a separate questionnaire. The Study Drive Questionnaire is a questionnaire that is often taken as part of an online assessment. The questionnaire is suitable for use prior to the study to get a picture of a student's values, preferences, motivation and attitude. The questionnaire can also be used during the study. It is therefore asked to what extent certain values are present in the study. The more the motives are in line with the study, the better a student will feel at home. • Did you know that more and more programmes and institutions in higher education are using NOA's MCT-H capacity test for their 21+ admission tests ? It is also possible to build specific subject tests into the NOA Online test system. This offers opportunities to facilitate the entire process surrounding the 21+ admission tests. • For some time now, different versions of the MCT-H capacity test have been available. When the MCT-H capacity test is taken at several times during the (study) year, it can be interesting to use different versions of the capacity test for this. Various versions are also being worked on for the MCT-M.
• The theme of Student Well-being is also a topical topic in MBO. That is why NOA is developing an instrument that is comparable to the Study Thermometer and is specifically aimed at MBO.
• For some customers in MBO, we have put together an online assessment for the influx of unqualified students. This online assessment is used to get an indication of the level, but can also be used to collect other relevant information, such as interests and competencies. Which components are included depends on what is relevant to a specific study programme and/or group of unqualified students.
• If you want to increase your expertise about the background and use of our tests, you can use our 'open registration' test trainings that are organized monthly at NOA. Here you can view the range of training courses and the dates on which training takes place.
• Both municipalities and customers in education have established links between the customer/student tracking system and the NOA Online test platform. In addition to organizational benefits for the process, the advantage of this is that data from different sources can be brought together and displayed in a report.
• We are currently developing a new instrument to screen the social assistance population. The purpose of this instrument is to offer concrete tools to the client and the consultant for a successful process on the way to work, training and/or participation. This instrument offers the client a motivating and stimulating report, a good basis for a CV and concrete tips and tools for steps that can be taken. In addition, it provides the consultant with information about the client (e.g. an analysis of the strengths), a basis for a plan of action and supports the guidance process.
• Self-test career switch to education now online! NOA has developed a test for people who are interested in making the switch to education. The self-test discusses the orientation towards the teaching profession and the orientation towards a training programme to become a teacher. In addition, your motivations and competencies are discussed. But you will also be asked about your reaction in certain educational situations.
