What drives someone?

NOA has developed two questionnaires for measuring motivation and learning styles, one for intermediate level (MLV-M) and one for higher level (MLV-H). These questionnaires were especially developed for use in training situations. The motivation tests (MV-M / H) and learning style tests (LV-M / H) components can also be taken separately.

Finally, NOA has also developed a questionnaire for job search behavior, the Labor Motivation and Job Search Behavior Questionnaire (AWV).
