NOA has many (psychological) consultancy firms as clients. They choose NOA because of the wide choice and scientific quality of our psychological tests and the attention that NOA pays to diversity and inclusion.
We conduct bias research in the development of all our tests. We look at gender, cultural background and age. If there are questions that are biased towards certain groups, they will be removed. We also pay a lot of attention to representativeness when standardizing the tests, so that all kinds of groups are well represented. Several instruments are also available in different languages (including English, German, French, Spanish, Arabic, Turkish, Farsi, Ukrainian, Chinese)
NOA has its tests assessed by COTAN, a committee of the Dutch Institute of Psychologists (NIP) that assesses all tests in the Netherlands on seven assessment criteria. Click here for more information.
We have a flexible assessment portal (NOA Talent portal) with which our customers can shape their selection and guidance processes. A lot of customization is possible. O.a. own questions can be built in, reports can be adjusted and (automatic) emails can be created. Assessor assessments can also be added and documents uploaded. Finally, it is also possible to generate clear management reports.
