NOA offers scientifically proven assessments and psychological tests for university education (WO). Our tools support selection, matching, admission/colloquium doctum, student well-being, dropout, reorientation, and guidance.
The Study Choice Check (Matching Assessment or Intake) is used during student registration to determine whether the chosen program is a good fit and whether there are any areas that require attention to increase the chances of academic success.
The Study Thermometer monitors the progress and well-being of students during their studies, with the aim of preventing dropouts and identifying problems early on.
We offer tools for selection of students for numerus fixus programs and for the 21plus/colloquium doctum regulations. We also offer a Pre-Master's assessment for (university of applied sciences) students who wish to pursue a (pre-)Master's program.
We also offer various single tests to determine the attainable educational level and gain insight into interests, motivation, personality, abilities, and competencies. All our tools are also available in English for international students.
Our assessment reports help students reflect on their strengths and weaknesses and improve their (study) skills. Teachers and supervisors can use these tools to determine which students need additional support and which students, based on their abilities, can participate in additional programs. We offer teachers tips for discussions and guidance. See also our interview guide. This allows them to get to the point more quickly during guidance discussions and use their limited time more effectively.
The data we collect with our tools can be used effectively for "Student Analytics." In addition to analyses for improving study success, this includes, for example, improving recruitment, adapting programs to demand, and identifying subgroups of students so that interventions are more appropriate.
We advise on this, can provide various management reports, and share data with educational institutions. We also offer opportunities for (joint) research.
With our flexible NOA Talent Portal, we can customize processes and integrate educational organizations' own questionnaires and tests into assessments. Our clients receive professional support from our support department and a psychological advice line for content-related questions.
