30 years of psychological assessment in a changing society
What have we learned? Where do we stand now? And what lies ahead?
On March 26, 2026, we celebrate the 30th anniversary of the NOA Foundation with an inspiring afternoon of connection, reflection, and forward-looking dialogue. We will explore themes such as AI, diversity, and refugee assessment, and how we can continue to contribute to fair access to the labor market in the future.
Highlight of the afternoon:
The farewell lecture by Prof. Marise Born on psychological assessment, cultural differences, and AI in a diverse world.
A captivating and interactive keynote by Dr. Djurre Holtrop on recent AI developments in psychology.
A heartfelt farewell to three of NOA’s founders — Prof. Dr. Nico Bleichrodt, Prof. Dr. H. van der Flier, and Prof. Dr. P.J.D. Drenth — during a personal and in-depth panel discussion on 30 years of psychological test development, migration issues, and their visions for the future.
This discussion will be moderated by the well-known and eloquent Özcan Akyol.
