New: NOA Talent Portal

After a development process of several years, we are proud to announce our new online platform 'NOA Talent Portal'. NOA Talent Portal is NOA's online environment where you can find everything you need to test candidates and find new talent. An extensive platform with many new functionalities, both for the user and for candidates. In other words: a complete test environment with maximum flexibility and all the possibilities for customization by users.

"The main reason for developing Talent Portal was that we want to offer our customers more options and for that you need more functionalities. The development of software is very fast and therefore we can always develop new tests and functionalities, but implementing them in our existing systems became increasingly difficult. That is why we ultimately chose to build a completely new platform. Customers find it important that all information can be found quickly and preferably in one place and we wanted to listen carefully to that. That is why the new platform not only made our tests and test results accessible, but we also added new functionalities. For example, you can now include CV assessments and other assessor assessments, upload and download documents, view test results and repeat tests. Users will soon be able to organize everything that goes with inviting, testing and assessing candidates themselves, Talent Portal supports the entire process and also offers users a lot of flexibility in setting up that process. In addition, a lot of work that was previously done manually can now also be automated via the platform. With NOA Talent Portal, you can do much more than just administer tests.

NOA Talent Portal also significantly improves the candidate experience. They have their own environment in which they can perform all kinds of tasks such as uploading and downloading documents, reading documents, practicing tests, taking tests and viewing results and reports. In addition, the user-friendliness for the candidates has increased enormously. That meant, for example: shorter instructions and an automatic passage from question to question. Furthermore, the test environment has been refreshed with more color and clarifying figures and illustrations. Very importantly, you can now also take almost all tests on your mobile phone or tablet.

In addition, we can now also offer so-called adaptive tests with which you can achieve a significant reduction in the collection time.
