• From the NOA library of 41 competencies you always choose 8-12 competencies
• Also a version for candidates with limited Dutch language knowledge, the CT-Basic
• Price from € 11.53 (excluding education discount)

Competency-based learning is now the norm, both in education and in business. The CT measures the competences of people with different educational levels and an age from 15 years and upwards and offers, for example, a valuable addition for conducting personal development interviews.
