Cognitive ability scan
The cognitive capacity test or Capacity scan (also known as the intelligence test) can be used, among other things, to make predictions about the feasibility of a certain course or function. The goal of the scan is to measure the cognitive work and thinking level of a candidate, whereby both the candidates predisposition and the acquired factors are taken into account.
The Cognitive ability scan consists of eight subtests which measure four factors:
- logical reasoning and spatial awareness;
- numerical skills;
- verbal skills;
- perceptual speed.
