Talent and Team scan

The Talent and Team scan helps with thinking about functioning and collaboration and aims to:

• Stimulate employee self reflection
• Stimulate employee personal development
• Stimulate collaboration behaviour in teams

NOA's Talent and Team scan consists of a competency test and a personality test. These tests are measured seperately, yet their results are combined. Because of this it is possible to provide a statement about both the current proficiency level and the future developability of an employee's competencies.

Furthermore, the Talent and Team scan analyses the employee's teamwork style and which role(s) within a team he/she prefers. The Talent and Team scan offers the opportunity to analyse the composition of teams.
