There are two versions of the Leadership scan: one for development and one for talent screening or selection.
The Leadership Development Scan is meant for people that already are in a leadership role and wish to develop their competenties further.
The Leadership Potential Scan is meant for people that are not yet in a leadership role, but are interested in management and leadership functions. This scan includes a Leadership Potential Index and an Entrepreneurship Potential Index.
