Who are we?

NOA is an organization that was founded in 1996 from the Department of Work & Organizational Psychology of the Vrije Universiteit. 

Our mission is to develop objective and fair psychological instruments based on scientific research for people with different backgrounds in terms of culture, language, age, religion or gender.

These instruments help people find a suitable education or job, and help organizations select, guide and develop students, job seekers or employees.

Through our foundation we finance scientific research in this area, including by supporting a special chair and doctoral research. Click here for more information about the foundation.
