Research has shown that cognitive abillity tests or intelligence tests have the highest predictive value for training and professional success. NOA has developed cognitive ability tests for secondary (MCT-M) and higher education level (MCT-H). Whilst developing these tests, the applicability of these tests to people with different cultural background was, among other factors, taken into account.
