Intake interview training

To optimize the chance of future study success of participants or students, a good intake at the start is essential. The NOA training for intake interviews shows you how to assess potential participants or students in a transparant, objective and consistent manner, and also how to advise and select participants where possible. The training consists of several sections, such as the Criterion Targeted interviewing, STAR interview techniques and assessment mistakes.
