How do people usually behave?

NOA has developed a number of personality tests that focus on the personal characteristics of people. What is your natural way of responding to certain situations? That says something about someone's personality. The Multicultural Personality Test - Big Six (MPT-BS) can be used in various situations: the MPT-BS-Work in work situations, the MPT-Study in training situations. In addition, a shortened MPT-BS Quickscan is also available.

There are five variants of the Big 6 personality questionnaire:

MPT-BS (Big6): six main scales and 25 subscales, so results on 31 scales. 200 questions. 20/25min.
MPT-BS work: questions attributed to the work context, the same amount of questions and scales.
MPT-BS basic: questions shorter and simpler worded, the same amount of questions and scales.
MPT-BS study: only the 10 (sub)scales that turned out to be the most predictive of study success. Educational context.
MPT-BS quick scan: shortened version of general personality, only the six main scales. 10min.

Plus an indirect integrity test: the Situation Assessment Test (SBT).
