Training Selection and Diversity
The NOA Training for Selection and Diversity gives you the tools to objectively judge candidates in selection interviews, with attention for diversity. Reliability selection tools, stereotyping, interview techniques, and awareness of your own frame of reference are discussed during this training. This training enables you to let the individual competences of a candidate be decisive within selection procedures, so that talent can be used!
