Person Profile Scan
Distance to the labor market
The Person Profile Scan (PPS) was developed to measure important factors that coincide with the chance of finding employment. With help from the PPS, an estimation can be made of the chance of finding work, and the distance from the labor market. The scan is meant for municipalities to use for - the inflow of - benefit recipients.
The scan can aid with objectively and quickly determining which support type or which follow-up traject can be the most useful. Furthermore, it is also possible to work on specific aspects which lower the chance of finding work due to the seperate scales within the questionnaire. The PPS is completed online.
The PPS consists of the following sections:
- Background information
- Self-reliance
- Labor market behaviour and motivation questionnaire
- Dutch language test (F-levels)
- Learning ability (cognitive level)
- Personality test (shortened)
