Online selection and pre-selection
In order to simplify the selection procedure for large amounts of candidates it is useful to use an online pre-selection. An online pre-selection can have different forms and phases. Candidates can complete certain questionnaires and tests at home, and then be invited to complete the second part of the selection tests on site.
NOA offers various products for online pre-selection, such as the cognitive ability test, with, for example, automatic rejection letters based on the results of the pre-selection.
