Selection assessments: the right candidate in the right place
Good predictorsIndependent psychological research enables organisations to be able to accurately select candidates based on their suitability. The correct cognitive abilities, skills, personality and attitude are the best predictors for success within a function. We assess whether a candidate can cope with the more important situations of a function. In this way we are able to reduce the chance of an incorrect recruitment /appointment decision.
NOA has three sorts of selection assessments:
- Selection assessment focusing on advisor and leadership functions.
- Selection management assessment with a focus on higher management functions.
- Short individual assessment with a focus on executive functions.
